Ministry Projects
Wherever we are, in the States or overseas, we seek to develop disciples who will work to advance the Kingdom of God. At our home church, King's Way Foursquare, Sequim, Daryl oversees home group leaders, discipleship groups, and Life Ministry Institute, the leader training arm of King's Way.
Biblical and Ministerial Study Centers
In coordination with local pastors and missionaries in Michoacán, we provided ministerial training, Biblical and Theological studies for workers in local evangelical churches. Daryl taught about half of the six-week courses given each year. We focus on Biblical content, theology, and ministerial application, and are in the process of digitalizing and uploading the curriculum for wider use.
Vacation Bible School leader workshops
We designed, printed, and presented VBS curriculum used for thousands of children each year. We keep materials and ideas accessible and reproducible for Sunday School teachers and VBS workers in churches and towns of any size.
Leadership training among Purepecha churches
Leadership Development in Michoacán, Mexico:
Preaching and teaching in local churches, especially among the Purepecha Indians, facilitates growth in the mostly bi-vocational leadership. Classes on how to interpret the Bible, preach the Bible, and Basic Doctrines build foundations and train more teachers to strengthen the church.
Academic Director at Instituto Bíblico Piedras Vivas
Daryl served 2016-2020 as Academic Director in a Bible institute in Zamora, Michoacán. Instituto Bíblico Piedras Vivas prepares pastors and leaders for the national church, and missionaries for the world. Daryl continues to teach intensive courses on short trips to Mexico.
